About the Part 135 regulated Operator's Partnership (PROP)

The Part 135 Regulated Operator's Partnership (PROP) is a coalition of scheduled Part 135 air carriers. "Part 135" refers to the body of federal regulations governing scheduled and on-demand air carriers operating aircraft with nine passenger seats or less.

PROP exists to promote safe, affordable, quality air service to small and medium-sized communities, and to remote and rural areas. A primary focus of PROP is to identify and address challenges to rural air transportation networks and the communities they serve.
